The most interesting characteristics were given to our compatriots by the representatives of the third group who had the greatest number of contacts to Russian women. Thus an age and professional range of Muscovites, with which they communicated (both pupils of the TECHNICAL TRAINING COLLEGE, and the student, both women-professionals, and the unemployed), were much wider, than at representatives of first two groups. Among noted merits ability to listen is most often mentioned душевность. According to all interrogated Italians, the openness to sincere contacts is the distinctive characteristic of Russian women: their western girlfriends reluctantly open access to private world; even less they are ready to listen and accept a burden of another's problems on the shoulders.

Among negative characteristics of Muscovites many named rigidity, cruelty, a thrift. Thus, the more youngly the woman, the these lines are more brightly shown. At the same time young (16-20 years) girls and women appear more trustful and not protected.

Representatives of all three groups spoke about "mysteriousness" of Russian women, but and have not managed to open an essence of this definition. The minimum attempts to explain "mysteriousness" have been made by the representatives of the third group who have specified in unpredictability of behaviour and sharp transitions in mood at the familiar Muscovites. Oksana has told about results of interrogation of 100 Italians working in Moscow. Revealing of their relation to the Russian and Ukrainian women was the purpose. Respondents have been divided into three groups. The persons who are on top of a social ladder have entered into the first: supervising employees of embassy, the head of the large Italian firms working in Russia. Representatives of an average administrative link have been carried to the second group. The third group was made by executive workers of the Italian companies, workers of civil engineering firms, etc.

Interrogation has shown, that in general, the relation to Russian population from the party of the Italians working in Russia, it is possible to characterise as negative. The last feel themselves as the missionaries who have arrived to the barbarous country for improvement of its economic situation. However, characteristics of Russian women have in lips of foreigners in most cases exclusively positive sounding. As a rule, "the Russian personnel is bad, but women good fellows!" That such relation defines?

First of all, foreigners underline a high educational level and vocational training which Russian women possess. 90 % of the Russian employees of the Italian campaigns have higher education, that to depth of soul amazes their foreign bosses. Oksana Fajs gives an example, as last year at the exhibition of production of the Italian firms which is annually passing in the All-Russia Exhibition Centre, the head of one of 12 exposed firms with pride bragged of that, unlike the colleagues, has higher education. What its amazement when he has learnt, that the woman cleaning a showroom was, has not only higher education, but also a scientific degree.

Practically at all representatives of foreign firms obvious disharmony between their relation to Russia (as to the despised, wild and barbarous country with the disorganised economy) and cultural-educational level of the Russian personnel which appears much more above their own was observed.

The second line to which respondents of the first and second groups paid attention, is an improbable work capacity and endurance of Russian women. Thus, getting a job, women (unlike men) often agree on unprofitable economic conditions, for example, much lower in comparison with the foreign personnel payment level at the same professional requirements and employment degree. Therefore unlike the European tradition where at employment the preference is given to men, heads of foreign firms working in Russia with большей hunting employ women.

The violent imagination is peculiar to women. And if to tell something ambiguous, such for you will finish thinking …. Such will imagine! That now you will make - such are women.
